These Terms of Service explain the rules and conditions that apply when you use the Araqick Arabic learning application, website, and related services.

By accessing or using Araqick, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use Araqick.
These Terms apply to the Araqick Android application, the Araqick website, and related services provided under the Araqick name.
Araqick is an educational application designed to help users learn and practice Arabic through lessons, quizzes, review activities, and other learning features.
Features, lesson content, availability, and learning activities may change as Araqick continues to be developed and improved.
You are responsible for using Araqick in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms yourself, a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized person may need to agree on your behalf where required by applicable law.
Some Araqick features may be available without signing in, while other features may require an Araqick account.
Araqick may allow you to authenticate using services such as Continue with Google.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google Account or other credentials you use to access Araqick.
You should not attempt to access another user's account without authorization.
Subject to these Terms, Araqick grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission to use the application and services for personal educational purposes.
This permission does not transfer ownership of Araqick, its software, lesson content, designs, graphics, branding, or other materials to you.
When using Araqick, you agree not to:
Araqick is intended as an educational learning tool.
We aim to provide useful and accurate Arabic learning content, but language can vary by context, dialect, region, usage, and interpretation.
Araqick does not guarantee that use of the application will result in a particular level of language proficiency, academic result, examination result, or other specific learning outcome.
Araqick may offer optional subscriptions or other paid digital features.
Subscription prices, billing periods, available plans, taxes, and other purchase information will be displayed through Google Play before you complete a purchase.
Purchases made through the Android application may be processed using Google Play's billing services.
Where an automatically renewing subscription is offered, the subscription may renew at the applicable recurring price unless it is cancelled before the next renewal in accordance with the subscription terms shown through Google Play.
You can manage or cancel eligible Google Play subscriptions through the subscription management options provided by Google Play.
In general, cancelling an automatically renewing subscription stops future renewals while access to paid features may continue until the end of the current paid billing period, subject to Google Play rules and applicable law.
Refund eligibility for purchases processed through Google Play may be governed by Google Play's refund policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Araqick may add, modify, replace, or remove features, learning content, subscription plans, or other parts of the service over time.
Where required, changes affecting paid subscriptions will be handled in accordance with applicable platform requirements and law.
Any applicable price presented to you before purchase will be shown through the relevant purchasing interface.
Araqick and its associated application design, branding, logos, graphics, lesson structures, educational materials, text, software, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless permission is expressly granted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit Araqick materials.
Third-party trademarks, names, services, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Araqick may rely on or interact with third-party services, including services provided by Google, Firebase, Google Play, and other technology providers.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms, policies, and practices of those providers.
Araqick is not responsible for services operated independently by third parties beyond the extent required by applicable law.
We aim to keep Araqick available and functioning reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Araqick may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, network conditions, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Application updates may be released to add features, improve performance, correct problems, or maintain compatibility and security.
Araqick may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to accounts or services where reasonably necessary to address serious violations of these Terms, security threats, fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or misuse of the service.
Where appropriate and reasonably possible, Araqick may provide notice before taking such action.
You may stop using Araqick at any time and may request deletion of your Araqick account where applicable.
Araqick is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain the quality, accuracy, security, and availability of the service, Araqick does not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, completely error-free, or suitable for every particular purpose.
Rights and protections that cannot legally be waived or excluded remain unaffected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Araqick will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from the use or inability to use the service where such liability may lawfully be limited.
This section does not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Your use of Araqick is also subject to the Araqick Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled when you use the application and related services.

Araqick may update these Terms when services, features, policies, legal requirements, or business practices change.
When these Terms are updated, the effective date at the top of this page will also be updated.
Continued use of Araqick after updated Terms take effect may constitute acceptance of those updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.
